From Taiwan to the World: Empowering the Warehousing and Logistics Industry with Innovative Technology
The GoWarehouse founding team has extensive experience in the e-commerce industry and are also founders of renowned e-commerce platforms. Through collaboration with countless e-commerce businesses, we discovered that most market solutions focus solely on the sales side, neglecting the critical operational aspects that determine service quality and cost control—including order processing, payment and logistics integration, and warehouse fulfillment management. Thus, we decided to create a system that could fundamentally transform the warehousing ecosystem and enable true digital transformation for the industry.
Compared to other countries, Taiwan's warehousing environment has its unique characteristics: spaces are typically more compact, making it impractical to fully adopt large-scale automation equipment. However, this constraint has driven us to excel in software design. To maximize workforce utilization and optimize management efficiency, we've implemented more refined standardized processes. This approach of 'software optimization over hardware expansion' enables GoWarehouse to achieve exceptional operational efficiency even in space-constrained environments, becoming our core competitive advantage.
In response to our partners' warehousing and inventory management bottlenecks, we began developing a new generation WMS (Warehouse Management System). At that time, most WMS solutions on the market were traditional 2B architectures with insufficient support for multi-platform e-commerce. We decided to start from zero, even building a 300-ping demonstration warehouse ourselves—moving shelves, dividing storage locations, designing picking routes, and simulating the entire fulfillment process, all to ensure the system could meet real-world needs.
After the system officially launched, our partner warehouse saw dramatic improvements. During peak seasons, issues like order backlogs, incorrect picking routes, and frequent errors significantly decreased. Through GoWarehouse, storage locations are automatically allocated based on shipping frequency, picking routes are optimized, and label printing synchronizes with inventory deductions.
As the pandemic drove explosive growth in online shopping, the third-party warehousing market expanded rapidly, and GoWarehouse matured through successive implementations and optimizations. Team statistics show that warehouses implementing the system over the past three years have seen average shipping speed improvements of 40-70%, manual error rate reductions exceeding 80%, administrative task time reductions of 30%, and implementation satisfaction of 98%.
We believe that a system can change not just warehouse efficiency, but the future of an entire industry. As more warehouses complete digital transformation, the speed and precision of the entire supply chain will be redefined. With GoWarehouse as the core, we're building a warehousing industry ecosystem where users share resources in PR and marketing, customer referrals, hardware integration, and channel connections. We also regularly host smart warehousing knowledge seminars to drive industry-wide upgrades, becoming the innovation engine for e-commerce and logistics.
After establishing a strong foothold in the Taiwan market, we are actively expanding into overseas markets, bringing Taiwan's warehousing management experience and technology to the international stage. We are currently deploying in multiple key regions to provide quality warehouse management services to global customers.
